Junk food! The best food a child can ever think of! But in real is junk food good for health? As a matter of fact NO IT IS NOT! I decided to make a poster regarding this topic as it’s very important for all of us to realize the ill effects of junk food on our health. Obesity is the leading disease. In today’s world we should cherish the food made by our mother rather than appreciating any food item made in an expensive restaurant. The only secret to stay fit n active is to EAT HEALTHY. If u don’t eat good you can’t be good. So KEEP CALM N EAT NUTRITION RICH FOOD!!
