Summer Internships Program 2011

The Uday Foundation invites young and motivated interns for Summer Internship Program 2011. The Key Result Area of Summer Internship Program 2011 is to work with the children afflicted with congenital defects, critical disorders, syndromes, and diseases that affect their health condition, education & growth.

The focus of your Summer Internship program / development project is determined by your skills, your interests, and the needs of the local environmental community. Experiential learning combines with weekly adventures, and productive volunteer work to form a comprehensive and unforgettable internship experience.

 

Program Duration : 4 to 6 Weeks.

 

The Summer Internship Program Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the Summer Internship Program.

Over 10 students of various Institutes and Colleges successfully completed one month Summer Internship Program 2010 with Uday Foundation.

During the internship program, all our Interns had opportunity to visit NDTV to participate in the popular debate shows, They also visited Delhi High Court for a full day to observe proceeding of the High Court. Interns also visited the Office of India’s leading News Paper “ The Hindustan Times” where they interacted with the Health Editor Ms. Sanchita Sharma and had discussion about various health related issues in India. They also visited few senior lawyers and hospitals to have in-depth knowledge and first hand experience about the subject.

They also had opportunity to spend a day a busy OPD of India’s premier medical institute “AIIMS” where they gained knowledge about the health problems of the common citizens and the day today problem they face due to lack of medical facility and proper law.

From day one, Our all interns has come across as a very hardworking and intelligent students, who did not hesitate to put in that bit of extra effort to stand out among their contemporaries. All our interns were highly motivated and his apparent enthusiasm and interest in the subject is supported by his diligent work. They have always shown an extraordinary sense of perception of the subjects, and has made a difference to the Internship program with his insightful remarks during the Group Discussion sessions.
